The process
How a corporate order runs
Allow at least one month from enquiry to delivery. Two months is ideal for larger orders or food items shipped in from our suppliers.
Enquire
Send quantity, budget per gift, date needed and any branding through the enquiry form.
Design
We propose contents and packaging to your budget. You approve the final design.
Deposit
A deposit, typically 25% of the order total, confirms it. Pay by credit card link, e-transfer or cheque.
Production
Sourcing, assembly, labelling and packing, all handled in our Surrey studio.
Delivery
The balance is paid before the delivery date. Boxes arrive ready to hand to your clients.
